You may also ring or send an sms to Dr. Evelyn’s mobile phone  at 04 125 310 48. Please be aware that Evelyn is hearing-impaired and sometimes has difficulty hearing on the telephone. Please speak clearly and louder if necessary. If she’s unable to answer (e.g. on the road or in a consult), please leave a detailed message with the paging service and she will ring you back as soon as she can. Thank you for your patience & understanding.

Note:

Dr. Evelyn will try her very best to keep to your requested appointment time, but sometimes unforseen circumstances e.g. traffic conditions, complex/long pet consultations, emergencies, etc. may arise. If the vet is running late, she will contact you via mobile sms. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations:

Please make cancellations 24 hours in advance of your scheduled house call appointment. If cancellations are made the same day as your appointment, or you are not at home during your scheduled appointment, you will incur a no-show/cancellation fee. You may cancel your appointment via the online booking form.
